「打房」的英文怎麼說？

一般來說，「打房」一詞，大略可以有二種含義：

一、抑制高房價

1.cap rising housing prices
例：South Korea announced on Wednesday plans to toughen rules on home-backed lending and build more homes in the capital area to try to cap rising housing prices in and around the capital.
（韓國周三宣布，收緊住房貸款政策並在首都地區建造更多房子，以抑制首都以及周邊地區房價不斷上漲。）

2.cool off the housing market
例：Inflationary pressure has abated and, as Mr. Wang argued, the economy has seemed to cool off the housing market.
（目前看來經濟確實並未受到房市降溫的負面影響，正如王先生當時所斷言的那樣。）

二、打擊房地產炒作

1.reduce property speculation
例：The move is intended to reduce property speculation
（政府這些動作意在減少房產投機行為）

2.against real estate speculation
例：Obviously, the collection of personal income tax is seen as a panacea against real estate speculation.
（很明顯，徵收個人所得稅被看作是打擊房地產投機的良方。）
