有時候外商公司的面試，可能冷不防會遇到英文的interview.
以下整理出幾個可能會遇到的英文面試題目以及答題的重點提示給大家參考，也預祝粉絲往後的面試一切順利！
1.Can you tell me a little about yourself ? (請你簡單的自我介紹一下。)
這個問題看似簡單，但其實無論是英文或是中文面試，都有面試官想要聽到的答覆。盡量在自我介紹的過程中，可以以說明對方想聽的成就或經驗為開頭，並且表現出自己在這份職位上的優勢。
➡答覆例子：
I have more than three years of experience as a project manager at my former company. Most recently, I led the development of a famous trading platform named xxx. I’m a person who has great passion in work so right now I’m looking for an opportunity to apply my experiences and my creative problem solving skills at a company like this one.
(我在前公司有超過三年擔任專案經理的經驗。近期，我領導開發了XXX，一個知名的交易平台。我是一個對工作充滿熱情的人，所以我現在正在尋找機會運用我的經驗以及解決問題的能力在像貴公司一樣的企業下工作。)
2.What do you consider to be your weaknesses? (你認為你的弱點會是甚麼?)
這道問題除了能讓面試官過濾掉有他不想要的缺點應徵者之外，同時也是考驗應徵者的自我衡量與認知。因此答案不可以說沒有弱點、或是一些不能改變的缺點。應該把回答聚焦在那些困擾你但正努力克服的問題來回答。
➡答覆例子：
Some people would consider the fact that I have never worked in this field before as a weakness. However, being fast learner and open minded, I have no pre-conceived notions on how to perform my job. With this new work, I will have the opportunity to learn the job the way you want it done, not the way a different organization does it. I am never bored because there is always something new to learn.
(有些人認為我沒有在這個領域工作過，這是我的弱點。然而我的學習速度快，很願意接受新知，對於工作執行上我並沒有預先設想的觀念。因此在這份新工作上，我將會有機會按照您所希望的方式工作。我從不會覺得無趣，因為總會有新的東西要學。)
3.What other companies are you interviewing with? (你還有面試其他間公司嗎?)
這個問題切入的面向很多，了解同行競業、了解應徵者對這個產業是否認真對待。通常最好的回答是說正在探索其他跟公司產業類似的選擇。並且提到一下跟面試產業有關的共同特徵，或是說明一下相關的技能跟能力都會有所幫助喔！
➡答覆例子：
'I am applying for several positions with IT consulting firms where I can analyze client needs and translate them to development teams in order to find solutions to technology problems.'”
(我應徵了多個IT諮詢公司的職位，這些公司可以使我幫助客戶分析需求並轉給開發團隊，以便找到技術問題的解決方案。)
4.What are your salary requirements? (你要求多少薪水呢?)
在面試之前可以先做個功課，了解一下相關產業跟職位的薪水範圍是多少。也盡量在溝通的過程中，讓對方知道你的技能是有價值且願意為這份工作進行薪水的談判。
➡答覆例子：
I would need to learn more about the specific duties required of this position, which I look forward to learning more about in this interview. However, I do understand that positions similar to this one pay in the range of $X to $Z in our region.
(我可能需要更了解這個職位具體的工作內容。然而，我確實知道這份工作的薪水價位大約落在(多少)～(多少)之間。)
5.Do you have any questions for us? (你對於我們有任何想問的問題嗎?)
通常這個問題都會出現在面試的尾聲，因此除了可以把自己不確定的事情再問一遍之外，也可以將問題聚焦在面試官本人身上，或是公司未來的發展性等等去做回答。
➡答覆例子：
Can you share more about the day-to-day responsibilities of this position? What's a typical day like?
(可以稍微分享一下這個職位的日常工作有那些嗎？)
If I were hired for this role, what would you want me to achieve in my first months in the position?
(如果我應徵上了這個職缺，那麼我第一個月要完成的目標會是甚麼？)
Are there any qualifications that you think I'm missing?
(你認為我在這份工作上有缺乏任何條件嗎？)
Can you talk about the company culture a bit?
(可以請您稍微分享一下公司的文化嗎？)
