老師講課讓人感覺像是在跟美國人聊天，很享受跟老師對談的感覺，特別是講話有點磁性會很吸引學生，還有親切的感覺讓我上課不會感到拘束。充分利用教材上面的關鍵字來引導學生，而帶出一些延伸性的話題，就像是在跟朋友之間對話一般。當遇到不會的單字，老師也不會讓我停留在原地，會解釋給我了解這個單字的意思用法或是給我一個例句。

I experienced working in a call center industry and stayed in the business for six months handling technical and customer support issues. I also have experience teaching Koreans online. As of the moment I am affiliated with St. Joseph School of Pandacan and I am teaching both elementary and high school students English subjects as well as speech.

You’ve probably had the feeling. Your running shoes are pounding the pavement--then suddenly your pain fades away, and you’re feeling euphoric. The runner’s high.
你大概有過這樣的感覺。你的跑鞋沉重地踩在路上─然後，突然間痛苦消散，你感覺愉快。跑者的愉悅感。
But that biological perk may be limited to mammals that evolved for endurance exercise--like us. So says a study in the Journal of Experimental Biology.
但是，那種生物性振奮狀態或許只限於經演化成適合耐力運動的哺乳動物─像我們人類。「實驗性生物學」期刊上的一份研究這麼說。
Researchers had humans and dogs--both natural-born runners--jog a half hour on a treadmill. Then they sampled their blood for endocannabinoids, some of the compounds thought to trigger the runner’s high.
研究人員讓人和狗在跑步機上跑30分鐘─這兩種動物都是天生的跑者。接著，採集他們的血液樣本，檢驗內生性大麻鹼，這種化學物質據信會引發跑者愉悅感。

As expected, humans and dogs had much higher levels after the run. But when sedentary ferrets took the same 30-minute trot, they had no spike in those feel-good molecules.
一如預期地，人和狗跑步後，血液中內生性大麻鹼都高得多。但是，定棲性貂鼠同樣跑30分鐘後，血液中這種產生愉悅感的分子數量卻沒有提高。
The authors say that’s because long-distance running could have helped our hunter-gatherer ancestors find more food--thus increasing their reproductive success. And they speculate that natural selection may have linked up a feel-good reward to that beneficial behavior.
報告作者說，這是因為長距離跑步可能幫助我們以打獵採集為生的祖先找到更多食物，從而促進他們繁殖成功。作者推測，物競天擇或許讓愉悅回饋機制與這種有利於生存的行為產生關連。
These days of course, this ancient trait won’t help us find extra calories--but it may encourage us to run ’em off.
當然，這種祖先留下來的天性，在今日不會幫助我們取得更多熱量，而是或許鼓勵我們擺脫卡路里。

大家好，我是天秤座的Cyruss（希瑞斯）老師！我和典型天秤座的人一樣，都會不顧一切的去追求我的夢想，而且「我的字典裡沒有放棄」！我畢業於Arellano University（亞瑞藍諾大學），而我主修護理系，因此我除了英文教學之外，也是一名護理研究員，專門負責維護護理檢定測驗的線上程式。
Teaching is not a new thing for me. When I was a student nurse, we had a course termed as “health education”. This was a subject where were taught how to provide health teachings to our patients. Before being a registered nurse, I used to work in the call center industry where my customer relation skills were sharpened. I also used to work as a loan counselor. We taught our customers how to develop repayment plans so they could catch up with their mortgage payments.
我對教學並不陌生，當我還是實習護理師時，曾經為病患指導一些有關健教知識的教育訓練。而在成為正式護理師之前，我也在電話中心服務並磨練與顧客的應對之道。我更曾擔任借貸顧問一職，與客戶協調並幫忙處理貸款的種種問題。
I treat my students as my friends, my siblings specifically. I believe in a fun-learning way of teaching where students can learn easily from the mistakes they make. I only have one rule in class, always wear a SMILE. :)
我把每一位學生都當成朋友、甚至是家人，因為我相信在愉快的氣氛中能夠更有效率的學習。我上課只有一個原則，那就是大家上課時都要掛著笑容喔！

NBA球員林書豪崛起，最戲劇性的轉折，是「出乎意料」四字。球壇臥虎藏龍，多少好手被埋沒，很少像林書豪，以板凳球員(benchwarmer 或 second string）被冷凍在旁（nailed to the bench）的狀況，能在最不看好的情勢下，打出一片天。
板凳球員能下場，常是大勢已去或勝券在握，教練換下先發球員以免受傷，改以板凳球員練兵，這叫「清板凳」（empty the bench）。
林能放手一搏，縮短了坐冷板凳時間（pine time），用實力讓射手（pure shooter）出手、讓取分王（go-to guy）取分，證明自己是不可或缺的控球後衛，和球隊靈魂人物（Franchise Player），難怪中國球星姚明稱讚林書豪是好的「比賽閱讀者」。
姚和林都是在NBA效勞的華裔球星，他的說法當然獨到：林書豪短短時間獲得空前美名，以孫子兵法形容，印證了「善戰者，其勢險，其節短。勢如擴弩，節如發機」的說法，這說明林沒有去處之下，爆發力（clutch the straws）力道之強。
但NBA球季一年多達82場，從經驗和技術分析看，真正打完一季比賽，球員的完整性才算及格。林書豪身為控球後衛，需要看清球場上的局勢，透過自我調整和訓練，才能變成球隊棟樑（a man for all seasons）。
法國漢學家余蓮在論「勢」專書提到：西方文明重英雄，人要自我超越，戰勝挑戰，時機遂變成冒險；中國聖人觀察形勢，偵測破綻，視時機為可以掌握的整體變化過程，所以不重英雄──抓住破綻，聖人立即出手，讓敵人事功變成絕響（swan song）。
從林書豪的表現以及姚明的詮釋，我們知道球諺：「贏球靠準備，不是靠機會」（You win not by chance, but by preparation.）。在論及掌握戰局與戰機上，沒有所謂的冷板凳時間，果然有它的道理。
例："Former Knicks' benchwarmer Jeremy Lin has pushed the basketball team to a seven game winning streak."「尼克隊板凳球員林書豪，帶領球隊連贏七場球賽。」"His surprisingly sound play came after he was not the second-string, not the third-string, not the fourth-string, but the fifth-string point guard."「他以完全不被看好的板凳球員姿態，用球技震驚全場。」
"Lin, then nailed to the bench, having already been cut twice this season and seeing the writing on the wall, asked him to pray not to be cut again.
