 亞洲教學經驗豐富的Teacher RON（朗老師）

Hello. My name is Ron and I am the trainer and the operations manager here at HiTutor. I’ve been teaching English as a Second Language throughout Asia (indicate the countries you lived before) for the past twelve years, including almost two years in Taiwan. While my educational background is in Forensic Psychology and Social Work at the post graduate level, I have also acquired TESOL training and CELTA certification while here in Asia.

哈囉！我是羅恩，是嗨家教英語教師的其中一位。我在亞洲已經有長達十二年的英語教學經驗，曾經任教的國家包含日本、南韓、泰國、印尼、以及近兩年在台灣的任教經驗。攻讀碩士時，我主修法庭心理學以及社會福利工作，而在亞洲任教期間，取得了國際英語教師資格TESOL及英國劍橋大學頒發的CELTA師資證書。



I have taught all ages from pre-school to adult professionals in various areas including TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, conversational as well as specialty training like English for Medical Professionals. My personal experience in business and community service has placed me in many cross-cultural situations, where effective communication is extremely important. Because of this, I believe my speciality is in presentation and professional communication, where contextual understanding and pronunciation play a very important role.

我教過各式各樣的學生，從學齡前到成人各個年齡層都有，英文教學領域極廣，如：多益考試(TOEIC)、托福考試(TOEFL)、雅思考試(IELTS)、英文生活會話、及醫療人員的英文專業訓練…等。
此外，我也曾從事商業及社區感化教育，在這段期間，我必須常常面對及克服各國不同文化的障礙，此時，「溝通」也顯得格外的重要。但也因為這些經驗，在文章閱讀及英文口說發音能力扮演著相當重要的角色的時候，我擁有這方面的專業能力。在英文的領域裡，良好的溝通不單只是了解正確的文法架構，或擁有大量的單字量。懂得有效地使用，體認文化上的差異及英文文章脈絡，也是同等重要。甚至這些都比語法及句子結構重要！而這也是我能最有效地幫助學生完整學習英文的優點。
